It’s sizzling in Orlando—in the kitchens, that is—at the acclaimed restaurants of Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World® Resort. Helmed by Executive Chef Fabrizio Schenardi, the culinary team has cooked up an incredible fall lineup of events and activities. Save-the-dates below for these upcoming mouthwatering events and special happenings.
August 25-October 1: Join Ravello for Magical Dining, featuring a three-course meal for USD 35 per person.
August 31-November 13, 2017: The renowned Epcot International Food & Wine Festival presented by CHASE is back for its 22nd year. Four Seasons Resort Orlando will be participating for the fourth year in a row at the popular Festival Center culinary demonstrations and at two Party For the Senses grand tasting events.
September 2: Chef Mikey Termini of PB&G will conduct a culinary demonstration, showcasing his Macadamia nut-crusted Mahi with Ginger Lemongrass Rice and Hawaiian Lilikoi Butter sauce.
September 13: Celebrate National Chocolate Day with a Dessert Party in Capa, featuring Executive Pastry Chef Rabii Saber’s award-winning chocolate cake.
October 7: Chef Termini will participate in the Party For the Senses grand tasting event, presenting Togarashi Spiced Mahi over Cashew Cabbage Salad.
October 14: Executive Pastry Chef Rabii Saber will participate in the Party For the Senses grand tasting event and he will serve “Tropical Indulgence:” Milk Chocolate Custard with Mango Passion Coulis and Ginger Chantilly.
December 9: Join us at Ravello for the 3rd Annual James Beard Foundation Celebrity Chef Tour as we welcome James Beard Award-winning guest chefs for an unforgettable multi-course dinner event.More posts from July 2017
