Whether you’re finishing 18-holes of golf, taking a break from the parks or simply looking for a dining experience full of flavor, look no further than Plancha, Four Seasons Resort Orlando’s Cuban-American restaurant located at the Tranquilo Golf Clubhouse!

With a menu that features a variety of diverse dishes to satisfy any taste bud, there’s never been a better time to visit Plancha. A highlight of ‘fore’ of the newest dishes at Tranquilo’s unofficial 19th hole include:

Churrasco Cobb: One of Plancha’s newest dishes isn’t your average salad. On top of a bed of fresh greens picked from the restaurant’s living wall are shaved red onions, ripe tomatoes and a perfectly cooked poached egg, finished with a tangy mustard vinaigrette. This unconventional salad pairs perfectly with Plancha’s skirt steak with a red mojo rub, grilled chicken, salmon or shrimp for a perfect power lunch that’s healthy and hearty.

  • Open Faced Ropa Vieja: This delicious new appetizer debuting on Plancha’s menu is a traditional Cuban favorite and ideal for sharing with the table. The dish combines perfectly braised beef topped on a flaky puff pastry, paired with a delicious chimichurri aioli for a starter that will have you hoping for seconds.

Mojo Chicken Sandwich: Forget a boring chicken sandwich lacking in flavor! This delicious dish features chicken thighs that marinade overnight in mojo; a combination of orange juice, fresh oregano and olive oil. The chicken is then cooked to perfection on the flattop ‘a la Plancha,’ and topped with house-made sofrito pesto, fire roasted tomato, buffalo mozzarella, and served on fresh ciabatta bread.

  • Chorizo Flat Bread: Ideal for a main course or even shared with the table, the Chorizo Flat Bread is bound to be a crowd pleaser. Savory chorizo smoked in-house using a Big Green Egg joins a combination of ingredients atop grilled naan bread, including crispy shallots, piquillo pepper sauce and manchego cream cheese, finished with fresh arugula for an extra bite that’s sure to satisfy.
